Chloe Howarth
Chloe’s experience in customer service and her organisation serve her well within our Claims Team; here, Chloe works to obtain the most fair and efficient settlement possible for clients by liaising with loss adjusters and third parties, and negotiating with insurers to ensure policyholders obtain a fair outcome.
Leah Palmer
Leah enjoys working on a variety of claims for clients in terms of type and complexity and works hard to ensure clients are kept up to date with the evolution of their claims. We have developed her knowledge within our niche sectors to be able to better serve our clients when it comes to assisting and guiding them through claims.

What do we need from you?
Images, estimates, any third party details, circumstances of the claim and the date of the incident.
What should I not do?
- Pay for any repairs unless they are necessary to mitigate further loss/ damage
- Accept liability to any third-party
Who will be dealing with the claim?
Soak have a dedicated claims team who will liaise with your insurers on your behalf when necessary to progress the claim.
What is my excess?
